The Foundry is a Dungeon in Diablo III. It randomly spawns in Act III (any difficulty) during the quest "Machines of War". After you passed the Arreat Gate you can find it on the Battlefield.
Mini bosses found in Foundry are during Adventure quest of Reaper of souls.
